Engineering — To maximize manufacturing economies, Buyken's staff of professional engineers works with our customer's designers to refine their concepts with a practical, cost-oriented approach.

Tool Design — Our experienced tool and die makers prefer to produce Class "A" tooling whenever possible. A Buyken Class "A" Tool provides the best in reliability, repeatability and dimensional stability.

Production — Buyken's punch-press capacity ranges from one to three hundred tons. Our press brakes form flat metal into an unlimited degree of angles. To meet the increasing demand for complete products, our fabrication center incorporates welding technology, machining and assembly.

Quality Control — To assure that products are made to exact customer specifications, Buyken engineers review each item during production and again after completion.
